Veteran filmmaker Dasari Narayana Rao who was chief guest for 'Ice Cream' success meet took Pawan Kalyan's reference for no specific reason.
Responding to the 'Ice Cream' controversy, Dasari opined Ram Gopal Varma hasn't changed a bit over the years and he has no intention to hurt anyone other than expressing his frank opinion.
