Blow to CBN: HC lifts ban on capital area registrations!

Ruling TDP government faced a big blow from Andhra Pradesh high court. Its known that land registration in the 19 Mandals near Vijayawada-Guntur has been halted by orders from AP state Government. Going on with the stateÂ’s new capital rumours near Vijayawada and Guntur, the land costs near these areas have touched the sky within no time. As the situation is going beyond the limits a circular was issued by AP government and it asked to stop land transactions, registrations, group housing schemes.
Challenging the govt orders a petition was filed in high court and in response to a petition High Court directed the Government to maintain status quo on the ban on the land registrations in Vijayawada. The court passed interim orders to the Government allowing registrations of lands in the area.With this once again we can see the real boom in the proposed capital area.Certainly a big blow to TDP government and we need to see how CBN handles the situation.
