Congress leader Paladugu passed away

Sources say, Last rites of Paladugu will be performed at his ancestral village in Nuzvid on Wednesday.
Known to be staunch Congress loyalist, Paladugu was born on November 11th, 1940. He made foray into politics as Youth Congress leader in 1968 and became Nuzvid MLA in 1978. He served as Minister for Rural Water Supply (1980-82), Agriculture and Marketing (1982-83). He donated his residential building in Nuzvid to Andhra Pradesh Horticulture University for Rythu Seva Kendram.
