Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao and Bala Pochaiah were good friend. They even worked as the activists of Congress Young Wing few decades ago.
On Sunday, KCR spotted Bala Pochaiah in Raj Bhawan and spoke with him for few minutes. The TRS Supremo asked his friend to meet him in his Camp Office soon and promised to offer him a good position.
