TDP MP Rayapati Sambasiva Rao is one of the very few MPs who is lucky enough to meet US President Barack Obama who is on a 3-day visit to India for gracing the Republic Day parade. Rayapati has put a scarf around the neck of Obama during the State Dinner held at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Sunday.
Rayapati holds the record of remaining undefeated in all the Lok Sabha elections he contested. Currently, He is the Chairman of the Committee constituted to keep a check on the Violation of Protocol Norms and Contemptuous Behaviour of Government Officers.
