Now the bubbly beauty was renovated her looks and acting in a lady oriented flick ‘Prathighatana’. The charming girl will be seen as a journalist who fights against immorality in the society and corrupt government. The film is reportedly inspired by the Nirbhaya incident that happened in 2013
It was heard that Charmi was very much connected to the story and she has acted in the film without taking remuneration. Not just Charmi, but ace composer M.M. Keeravani and senior cinematographer S. Gopal Reddy have also signed the film without taking a penny, just because of the impressive story.
Charmee has confirmed that she is doing the film free of cost which she believes is for a stronger cause. Apart from Charmi, the film stars Bollywood actor Atul Kulkarni in a significant role. Director Thamma Reddy himself produced the movie under Charitha Chitra productions. The entire shooting part is complete and the post-production work of the film is underway and the movie is slated for release on January 26 th
