As part of a broad campaign to tighten internal security, The Chinese government stringent actions triggered a row of rifts between Google and Chinese government. Situation that has made it more difficult for Google and its customers to do business. Now the company disclosed that its closing office in China and shifting its operations completely to Hongkong.

Due to these strict regulations of Chinese government the Ad programs and scalability of the applications are facing huge problems. In addition to earlier, International companies have had difficulty exchanging Gmail messages among far-flung offices and setting up meetings on applications like Google Calendar.

Earlier The company shut down its servers in mainland China in March 2010 to avoid online censorship and began directing users in China to obtain unfiltered results from its servers in Hong Kong
