Star Hero organizes surprise party for Cinematographer

Suriya threw a surprise bash for Santhosh Sivan in Mumbai as soon as the news of ace cinematographer being picked up for Padma Shri award broke out. After from the cast & crew of their current film 'Anjaan', celebs including Shruti Haasan, Prabhudeva and Madhavan too were present.
After the end of shoot for that day, Santosh Sivan reached his hotel room to take rest. Some of his team members called him and compelled him to come for location hunt for the film's next schedule, even though he informed them that he was tired. At first, Director Lingusamy took him to a place and he said he didn't like it. Then, they reached a hotel where all the cast & crew including Suriya were waiting for him. Suriya arranged a special dance show for the cinematographer amd some of his best songs were performed.
Santosh Sivan was really surprised knowing it was Suriya who planned everything as the actor was mostly with him during the shooting. Finally, he thanked the versatile actor for the surprise!
