Sex on beach: 15 years Jail for couple in US

A couple from Florida was sentenced for 15 long years after they were found guilty of having sex on beach. Jose Caballero, 40, and Elissa Alvarez, 20, were found guilty for having sex on a public beach on July 20, 2014.
Video played in the courtroom showed Alvarez moving on top of Caballero in a sexual manner in broad daylight.They indulged in sexual activity in front of other beachgoers, including children.
During the trial the pair denied they had been having intercourse, arguing instead that Alvarez had been “dancing” on top of Cabellero to wake him up. But eye Witnesses said the incident was seen by a 3-year-old.
The duo is reportedly sentenced upto 15 years. Way back in 2008, a British couple was sentenced to two years in prison for having sex on a beach in Dubai.
