Yoga is nothing but Dog's Body Movements

CPI(M) General Secretary Sitaram Yechury has stirred a controversy by commenting Yoga is nothing but Dog's Body Movements. He says dogs stretch front & rear legs apart from taking deep breath after getting up and all Yoga asanas can be found in its body movements.
Yechury opined mobilisation of crowds everywhere to participate in International Yoga Day is part of NDA Government's hidden agenda to promote Hindutva agenda. He adds, 'It is similar to the tactic adopted by dictators in the past'.
The Rajya Sabha MP reminds Mass Mobilisation was banned at Delhi's Rajpath post the demolition of Babri Masjid but it has been violated now in the name of celebrate Yoga.
Yechury agrees Yoga improves quality of life but hunger and starvation should be addressed first. He criticizes Modi Government has done nothing since the past one year even though India is at No.1 Position with 194.6 million hungry people.
