West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee's nephew Abhishek was slapped by a man while he was addressing a Youth Rally on Sunday.
Debashish Acharya, the attacker, was thrashed by the TMC Workers soon after he slapped Mamata's Nephew and currently his condition is said to be serious. He claims to be a ghost of Kudhiram and have a rebirth soon.
Who is this Kudhiram? Kudhiram is a revolutionist and he was hanged for throwing a bomb on the convoy of a lawyer in 1908.
The 25-Year-Old was charged with attempt to murder for slapping Chief Minister's Nephew. FIR has been filed against Acharya under sections 447 (criminal trespass), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 307 (attempt to murder), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 120B (criminal conspiracy) of IPC.
