Pilots mistake, Air India Crew injured!

Pilots of Air India flight Boeing 777-300 forget to announce landing of the aircraft in advance. This error led to injuries to the Crew of the Airlines on board as none of them have taken their seats at the time of landing.
As per the norms, Pilots alert the crew when the aircraft is nearing turbulence. It was then the crew will inspect of all the passengers have fastened their seat belts. Thereafter, Pilots direct the crew to take their seats.
In this case, The Pilots have failed to follow the mandatory procedure resulting in injuries on the back, right ankle, left elbow, right hand and right knee.
Inspite of the injuries to crew members, Air India hasn't reported the matter to Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) even though its a mandatory procedure. Instead, Air India tried to play down it saying it's a minor incident.
