CBN meeting with Jagans lawyer

Former union minister for law and well known lawyer Ram Jethmalani called on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu at his chambers in AP Secretariat.Ram Jethmalani along with his assistants met Naidu and the meeting for around half-an.hour.The details of the meeting not yet known but the meeting of Jethmalani with Naidu getting wide publicity in political circles.
Jethamalani known for taking up high-profile cases and he also argued Jagans case in the apex court over the illegal assets.The 88 year old lawyer has earned the dubious reputation for defending people like the killers of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, Harshad Mehta, Haji Mastan and Manu Sharma.He also took up the case on behalf of DMK MP and former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Karunanidhis daughter Kanimozhi in the 2G Spectrum case.
In 2012 Ram Jethmalani once met YS Jaganmohan Reddy at the Chanchalguda Central Prison and expressed unhappiness over all the facilities that were being denied to his client.Arguing the case on behalf of Jagan, Jethmalani has said that arrest of Jagan when he was campaigning for his party was against the constitution.
