ACB fresh notice to TDP MLA

The Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau is likely to issue fresh notice to TDP MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraya. Sandra has failed to appear in front of Anti-corruption Bureau, even after it served notice repeatedly.
Earlier Telangana ACB ) has served a notice on Telugu Desam Party MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah from Sattupally under Section 160 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) The ACB team went to his residence in the Hyderguda MLA quarters late in the night. They found the door locked and pasted the notice on the wall of his quarters.
The MLA's time lapsed and he needs to present before ACB yesterday. As there was no response from leader till now ACB is trying to issue fresh notice to Sandra.The Sattupally MLA has been buying time on health grounds.
