The news of a 3-Year-Old Girl getting sexually abused by Staff Member in a nursery school in Bangalore has created a nationwide uproar. A criminal case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act 2012 and IPC section 376 (rape) has been registered upon receiving complaint from child's father.
As per the complaint, The 3 Year Old Girl was spotted crying when her mother came to pick her from the school. At first, She told her Mom that someone has beat her up but later revealed she was sexually abused.
