Sex racket busted in Hyderabad

Hyderabad city police on Monday busted a sex racket and cops arrested seven persons on the charge of running brothels in different parts of the city. Police have booked two brokers and a woman and took them into custody.
According to police, M Veerababu and R Ramesh are allegedly running the brothel houses in different areas of Hyderabad and Secunderabad since the last eight years.
Police said that the they used to procure women from different parts of the country, particularly from Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata, and used to supply them to the organizers of brothel houses in twin cities on daily and weekly basis.The accused also used to send the women to different hotels in twin cities on request by the customers. According to reports, police have acted on a tip that Lakhs of rupees was being exchanged form one's hands to others.
The racket has been active in City for the last five months attracting high profile customers. Police officials are investigating if more people are involved in the racket.
