KCR response on Medak By poll victory

The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) has retained the Medak Lok Sabha seat in Telangana, although with a lesser majority compared to the general elections.TRS candidate K. Prabhakar Reddy defeated his nearest rival V. Sunitha Lakshma Reddy of Congress party by 361,277 votes.
Prabhakar Reddy polled 571,800 votes while Sunitha secured 210,523 votes. Jagga Reddy got 186,334 votes.Buoyed with the result TRS chief KCR expressed gratitude to the people of Medak for giving his party a thumping majority in the Medak LS bypoll.He said the people have solidly backed the TRS and said that there will be no place for TDP in Telangana.He aslo said that his government will take Key decisions between Dasara and Diwali
KCR said this victory was a justification of the steps taken by his government.Winning candidate Kotta Prabhakar reddy expressed happiness over the victory.
Speaking to reporters in Medak, he said that TRS could get majority eventhough the voting percentage has gone down this time.He said that he was committed for the development of the constituency. He thanked the people of the constituency for electing him as the MP.
