Megastar gets "Social Media Person of the Year title"

Bollywood Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is known to be extremely popular on Twitter and is also quite active on the social networking site.He used to tweet daily 20 times per a day and share all the news with his followers.Now his efforts got recognized and he was conferred with the Social Media Person of the Year award by Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI)
The award ceremony will soon happen in Delhi.IAMAI presented him with the award at his home as he will not be able to attend the ceremony. Delighted with the honor Big B immediately took his blog to share the news.
‘’There is an association of social media for India the IAMAI, and they reward me with the 'Social Media Person of the Year' award and it is time really to reward the extended family for this... you are the ones that have made it possible for me to be given this recognition," he posted in his blog.
"The ceremony is in Delhi, and since I cannot be there, they came over to present to to me and play a video of it at the function to be held in a few days," he added.
Big B is very active on Twitter and he never misses to share his views on other Bollywood movies and sports etc. The super star has over 12.5 million followers on Twitter and more than 18,857,196 likes on his Facebook page.
