Real situation in Tollywood - Senior Vs Junior

Film makers used to prepare scripts and later on search for appropriate star cast for the flick. This used to give freedom to the actors. In fact, situation at that time used to encourage innovative and creative aspects rather than minting money at the box office.
But now, situation turned out completely. Films are not even crossing 50 days in Tollywood and the commercial success is being considered as the parameter to judge the venture. Focus is mainly on business and the film makers are first zeroing heroes and then they are making stories accordingly.
This is giving less scope to budding and second grade heroes and hence they are ending up their lives due to immense pressure. The case of Uday Kiran focuses this aspect. The wish of ANR to live more longer enjoying film career and the wish of Uday Kiran to end up his life keeping full stop to films shows the change in Tollywood!
