Today is a big day for ‘Change’ Politics in India. Arvind Kejriwal led Aam Admi Party cruised to the second place in Delhi Assembly Polls.

Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) which known as common man party made a strong entry by winning 28 seats . The stunning show of AAP in Delhi pushed the Congress to a humiliating third spot, with the BJP looking set to take power despite lacking a clear majority.

Arvind Kejriwal himself won against sitting Chief Minister, Sheila Dixit. Now it’s the special achievement for Aravind kejriwal and this is a phenomenal achievement by any debutante after NT Rama Rao led Telugu Desam Party which cruised to power in just 9 months after floating a political party.

TDP was founded by NTR on 29 March 1982. The party stormed to power within nine months of its formation in the 1983 Assembly elections, thus forming the first non-Congress government in Andhra Pradesh.

On the same way Aam Aadmi Party was formally launched on 26 November 2012 and it took only 11 months to get ahead of big guns like Congress and gave tough fight to BJP

Unlike the Congress and the BJP which have several leaders and campaigners with popular appeal, AAP had only Kejriwal, 45, as its most visible and prominent face. The party activists waved flags, raised slogans across the national capital celebrating the success.AAP’s results come as a big boost for youth and ‘Change’ aspirants in the country. Analysts say these results will motivate youth voting for the upcoming 2014 elections.
