Dhoom 3 Box Office: Breaks Day 1 record!

Aamir Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer action thriller Dhoom 3 broke all the existing Day 1 records of Bollywood in each and every territory across the World.
On Friday (Despite being a non-holiday), Dhoom 3 collected a mind blowing Rs 36.22 crore in Domestic market and Rs 20.20 crore in Overseas. This takes the Worldwide revenue to Rs 56.42 crore on Day 1.
Out of Rs 36.22 crore collected in India, Rs 33.42 crore is from the Hindi version and Rs 2.80 crore is from the Telugu & Tamil version.
Previous record was with Shahrukh Khan's Chennai Express with Rs 33.12 crore.
Analysts expect Dhoom 3 to collect not less than Rs 300 crore in India alone. Overall, Dhoom 3 might enter Rs 500 crore club by the end of its full run. Aamir Khan is on his way to make Dhoom 3 as the highest grossing Indian film.
