Mahesh Babu's '1 - Nenokkadine' release has been conirmed long back and the makers have even made exhibitors sign the agreements for a massive release across the World for this Pongal.
This move came as a curse to Tamil biggies Jilla starring Vijay & Kajal, Veeram starring Ajith and Tamanna. Buyers shy away in Karnataka and they only want these films at reduced rates as Mahesh's One is in the race and most of Multiplex screens were already blocked for it. As a result, the producers are currently following a wait and watch policy.
As per the trade, Telugu biggies does the double business than Tamil big flicks. Hence, the preference will be always for Tollywood in Karnataka. This Sankranthi, One and Yevadu will occupy most theatres in Karnataka. Needless to say, Telugu fans in Kannada land will have a blast in theatres with two big stars arriving with promising flicks.
