64 Infosys Employees Earn Over 1 Crore Salary

In the financial year 2019, More than 60 Senior Executives of Infosys have been warning over Rs 1 crore as their salary. This number is double to that of the Rs 1 crore earning Employees in the previous year.
Infosys paid over Rs 1.02 crore salary to around 30 Employees in the financial year 2018. That number went up to 64 for fiscal 2019 with several Senior Executives exercising Stock Options.
In addition, There was a big jump in the Gross compensation even for those Employees who aren't serving as key members in the Infosys Management. Gross Remuneration of an Employee increased by 75 percent from Rs 1.81 crore in 2018 to Rs 3.16 crore in 2019.
Significant Growth in earnings is due to increase in value of stock incentives offered in the previous financial year and exercised in the current fiscal. Pay Package include fixed pay, variable pay, value of stock incentives and retirement benefits.
