Every foodie and people who love food will have food cravings. But a lady took food cravings to a whole new level by traveling 160 kilometers to grab a bite of Burger.

Going into detail, a UK lady along with her sister traveled from Lincolnshire to Scarborough to get a burger by covering a distance of 160 kilometers. She was slapped with a fine of Rs 20,000.

The cops found fault with the lady for traveling such a long distance to get a burger during the tough times when the strict lockdown was imposed in the United Kingdom to curb the Coronavirus infections.

Given the fear of the new strain of the virus, Britain Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced a strict lockdown forcing the people to stay home to tackle the situation.

The woman stepping out during such a tough situation did not go well will the cops. They said Burger doesn't come under essential items such as food and medicine supplies and the public is allowed to step out only in emergency situations.

A similar incident took place in the United States's Northampton area, where a group of people was slapped with a fine of £200 each, for arriving at a food court to have food amid lockdown.
