As a bid to encourage those who have worked hard for the YSRCP party, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has announced the fulfilment of the nominated posts on Saturday.

In total, the government has announced the fulfilment of 135 posts. This includes 68 women and 67 men.

Backward classes like SC, ST, BC, and minorities and women were given importance in the nominated posts as the lion share of posts were allotted to them.

Adapa Seshu was made the Kapu Corporation Chairman. He will replace the present chairman Jakkampudi Raja in the post.

Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's uncle YV Subba Reddy was made the TDD chairman again. Earlier, reports claimed that he will be given another post as he expressed his interest in direct politics. However, the government has decided to extend his tenure as Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) chairman.

Kashi Munikumari(Hitakarini Samaj Chairman), Avanapu Bhavana(DCMS Chairman), Inti Parvati( Buda Chairman), Shailaja as (Chairman of Eleshwaram Development Board), Nekkela Naidu Babu (DCCB Chairman) Hemamalini (Chairman of Women Co-operative FinanceCorporation),Rama Rao (Chairman of AP Green and Beautification Corporation).

Saadi Shyam Prasad Reddy(SEEDAP Chairman),Ashalatha (Chairman of Urban Development Authority) (Srikakulam),Challa Suguna (Srikakulam) as Co-operative Marketing Society Chairperson were part of the members who were given the nominated posts.

With the announcement of the nominated posts, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy made sure that no person will hold two posts.

Those who have worked hard for the party and lost but failed to win the general elections and those who have sacrificed their tickets were given importance.

The two Godavari districts were given the highest number of posts with East Godavari (17) and West Godavari (12), followed by Kadapa and Visakhapatnam with 11 and 10 posts respectively.
