Madhavan says Shilpa Shetty will come out of the row with dignity

Businessman Raj Kundra who was arrested by the cops in connection with the obscene content racket had made many heads roll with the incident. He is accused of luring models and aspiring actors into the racket.
After his arrest, a few people from Bollywood had come out to extend their support to Shilpa Shetty. Actor R Madhavan had also supported Shilpa Shetty and said she will overcome all the difficulties.
The other day, Shilpa Shetty issued a statement on her husband's arrest. In her statement, the Hungama 2 actress requested everyone to respect the privacy of her kids. Madhavan reacted to the post.
Commenting on the statement shared by Shilpa Shetty, Madhavan said, Shilpa is a strong person and expressed faith that she will come out of this with grace and dignity. He said he is praying for her and her family.
"You are one of the strongest people I know and I have complete faith that this challenge too you will overcome with grace and dignity. Our prayers always with you and your family," Madhavan's comment reads.
Shilpa Shetty who has been maintaining her silence on the arrest of her husband broke his silence finally and issued a statement in this regard on Monday. She called the past few days quite challenging.
Saying that her family is also being trolled over the issue song with her, Shilpa Shetty in her statement said that she will not speak about the issue now as the issue is subjudice.
Requesting everyone to not pass comments on the information without verifying it. Shilpa Shetty had also appealed to everyone to respect the privacy of the children.
"As a family, we are taking recourse to all our available legal remedies. But, till then I humbly request you - especially as a MOTHER - to respect our privacy for my children's sake and request you to refrain from commenting on half-baked information without verifying the veracity of the same," Shilpa Shetty said in the statement.
Raj Kundra was arrested earlier in July on the grounds of his alleged connection with an adult film racket that was unearthed in February in Mumbai. Dotting all the dots, the cops landed at the doorstep of Raj Kundra and arrested him.
