After Avinash Reddy, Sunitha Aims Guns At AP Govt!

It's been more than four years since former MP YS Vivekananda Reddy was brutally killed. Though the death was dubbed as a heart attack initially it was later found that he was murdered as wounds were spotted on his body. The issue took a big town with the Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) coming into the picture.

YS Vivekananda Reddy's daughter Sunitha has been fighting in the case and it was her fight that made the case transferred to Telangana from Andhra Pradesh. The CBI officers are grilling him. He was questioned by the investigating agencies thrice earlier and he appeared before the offices for the fourth time.

YS Sunitha who has been fighting in the case filed an implead petition in the court and mentioned some crucial issues. She alleged that Avinash was aware of the attack on Viveka and prime suspect Sunil Yadav visited his house many times and even Google's Tech Out found the same.

The former MP's daughter also said that efforts are being made to delay the probe and that's why the investigating officers faced issues and they are troubled. Of late, Sunitha has been saying that Avinash Reddy has a big role to play in the murder. Now she aimed her guns at the government and said that the state government is trying to save the Kadapa MP in the case.

If we look at the developments in the case we can understand Sunitha's stand. Though her cousin Jagan is the Chief Minister, the case did not progress further and she expressed her dissatisfaction and sought the transfer of the case to Telangana.

Earlier Police cases were filed against the Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) officers who are probing the matter. Very rarely do we see investigating agencies facing cases. Without the support of the bigwigs in the ruling party, the Police won't do that, many say.

In an interview with a leading newspaper, YS Sunitha alleged that she told Jagan about Avinash and the Chief Minister reportedly said that the Kadapa MP would join the BJP if the probe deepens. Keeping all these aspects in mind, she might have filed the petition.
