Bollywood actor Sonu Sood has found himself in the middle of the headlines for bad reasons after the civic body Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation filed a police complaint against him.
While Sonu Sood has claimed that he has sought all the permissions to change the residential construction to commercial construction, BMC alleged that he was given no such permissions and termed him a habitual offender.
Amid growing controversy, Sonu Sood is said to have met Nationalist Congress Party(NCP) chief Sharad Pawar at his residence at the financial capital Mumbai, which led to a lot of speculations.
Though there is no clarity on the reason behind Sonu Sood's meeting with Sharad Pawar, reports claimed that Sonu Sood met Mr. Pawar to seek his help to get him out of this trouble.
Sonu Sood landed in an unwanted controversy after the BMC claimed that Sonu Sood carried out work at his property to convert a residential building into a hotel without proper permission from them.
Both parties have contrasting versions. Sonu Sood says that he has all the permissions which permit him to change his residential construction to commercial construction, and the civic body rubbishes his claims on permissions.
