Amrutha To Move Supreme Court Against Bail

High Court granted conditional bail to Maruthi Rao and Two Other Accused (Maruthi Rao's Brother Sravan Kumar & Kharim) in the case related to honour killing of Pranay in Miryalaguda.
Amrutha Varshini found fault with the bail granted to the murderers of her Husband. 'There is something wrong about the Indian Judiciary. Is it acceptable to grant bail by scrapping PD Act on the Accused who murdered My Husband in broad daylight? Now, There is threat to the lives of our family members. We will be appealing in the High Court and also move the Supremo Court challenging the bail order,' she said.
Pranay's Father Balaswamy: 'Didn't expect the Murderers to receive bail so early. I believe they would receive stringent punishment even if they obtain bail'.
SP Ranganath assured protection for Amrutha's Family from the Accused. He informed about the decision to move Supreme Court on behalf of Telangana Government against the bail order.
