Authorities Seal Pathology Lab For Issuing Fake Covid-19 Reports

In a shocking turn of events, a pathology center has issued fake COVID-19 reports to around 30 patients. This fake reports left the health officials in a deep shock.
The incident took place in Kanpur city of Uttar Pradesh. A pathology center issued fake COVID-19 reports and declared 30 people who underwent pandemic tests as positive for the virus.
When those 30 people underwent pandemic tests at a state-run government, the test reports declared them negative for the virus. This incident created a sensation in the state.
The news reached the authorities after the victims reached Kanpur Nagar DM Alok Tewari in this regard following which, GM sealed the pathology lab for issuing fake reports.
After raiding the pathology center, the DM and CMO have found out that the lab has been charging more prices for the pandemic tests than the prices fixed by the government.
A three-member committee was constituted to investigate the irregularities of the lab. The committee will submit its report in two days. Based on the report, the authorities will take an action against the pathology lab.
