The mystery over the murder of Ayesha Meera continues even 12 years after the crime has happened. On Saturday, Officials, Doctors and Experts who arrived from Delhi, Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam conducted re-post mortem of Ayesha Meera's mortal remains. The whole procedure was carried out in the presence of CBI Officers at Chenchupeta Muslim Burial Ground in Tenali.

At around 10 am, The process of collecting the samples was started as per the guidelines. Initially, Bones were collected and arranged in the form of a human skeleton. By 3 pm, Re-Post Mortem had come to an end and everyone disappeared from the spot.

On December 27th, 2007, Ayesha Meera was murdered in a private hostel in Ibrahimpatnam. Cops who invested the case faced criticism for filing the charge-sheet saying head injury led to the death. Ayesha Meera's Parents moved the court against the chargesheet. Later, High Court declared Satyam Babu as an innocent. Police faced allegations of shielding the Sons of influential people from this murder case. Examination of the skull and bones will be useful in identifying the injury marks on the victim's body.
