BJP Projects Metro Man as CM Candidate in the forthcoming Kerala polls

The tone is all set for the forthcoming Assembly elections in God's own country Kerala. From the ruling Left Democratic Front (LDF) to the saffron party Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) the political parties are busy with campaign activities.
The BJP party had announced E Sreedharan as the Chief Ministeria; candidate for the upcoming Assembly polls. E Sreedharan is often dubbed as Metro Man of India by the media.
Union Minister V Muraleedharan took to Microblogging site Twitter to announce the Metro Man as CM Candidate in the forthcoming Assembly polls. The Minister made the tweet on Thursday.
"BJP, under the able leadership of PM Shri Narendra Modiji will strive to take care of the needs of the people of Kerala. The new Kerala under E Sreedharanji will pave the way for an efficient & effective Govt in the state," his tweet reads.
The Union Minister said, as E Sreedharan as the Chief Ministerial candidate, the Kerala wing of BJP will fight the polls and will provide corruption-free governance by defeating CPM and Congress.
The Metro Man of India had joined the BJP last week. Earlier. K Surendran, the Chief of Kerala Wing of BJP had batted for Sreedharan. At a political meeting, he told the gathering that he had requested the Delhi leadership of the BJP to make him the CM candidate.
The Metro Man has been associated with the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) over the past 24 years. He got a job at the DMRC back in 1997. Sreedharan visited the Palarivattom flyover in Kochi in the uniform today.
