BJP Set Family Politics Aside For Ex-Cabinet Minister's Daughter!

The Bharatiya Janata Party says it is against Dynasty politics and it won't follow family politics. The same was campaigned during the 2014 Lok Sabha polls. However, there are a few instances where the party welcomes the heirs and scions. Be it MPs or MLAs, there are a few successors.
Now the party has set the rule aside again. Bansuri Swaraj, the daughter of late Union Minister Sushma Swaraj was given a plum post. She was appointed as the co-convenor of the BJP Delhi State Legal Cell. As she is from the law field and served as the Supreme Court lawyer earlier the decision was not a surprise.
Her appointment had again brought the family politics the BJP said it is against. Except for Sushma Swaraj's daughter, there is no big reason to appoint Bansuri. If the party wants any person to join the wing they will get a flood of candidates.
Earlier the saffron party faced immense criticism for making Jay Shah the honorary secretary of BCCI. he is not a cricketer. However, he was given a big post. Now, this. Narendra Modi has no family and he can say that he is against family politics. But the same is not the case with others.
Maybe the BJP might have decided to show its respect for Sushma Swaraj by giving her daughter a post. This is nothing but family politics. The opposition parties which target the BJP might have left the issue with the respect they have for Sushma Swaraj.
Sushma Swaraj is one of the respected leaders from the BJP. She started her career as an MLA and became a Cabinet Minister. She was part of every cabinet in Atal Bihari Vajpayee's cabinet. When the BJP came to power, she was made the External Affairs Minister. She left a big mark in the Ministry and she even helped people in Pakistan to come to India for treatment.
