The newly formed alliance BJP-Janasena has decided to join the ongoing protests observed by the farmers of the Amaravati region opposing the government's side to have 'Three Capitals', one each for Legislative, Executive, and Judiciary.

This marks the first appearance of both the party as a combined fight on an issue. Earlier, they were supposed to hold a long march in Vijayawada to support continuing Amaravati as the state capital.

As the land march was canceled the ally decided to show their support to the Amaravati region and meet them. BJP-Janasena will visit the villages of the Amaravati region in support of the farmers there.

Six leaders from each party will visit the Amaravati region and meet the farmers and public there who have been protesting there for more than 45 days. They will visit Mandadam, Velagapudi, Tulluryu villages as part of their tour.

Pawan who staged protests by sitting on the roads in the Amaravati region after the police did not allow him to visit the villagers again came into action in this capital row. Earlier on the day of the AP government announced the Three Capitals bill in the Assembly Pawan was under house arrest by the cops.
