Faridabad Love Jihad Case: Baba Ramdev Demands Public Hanging Of Assailants

The horrific killing of a 21-year-old woman outside her college in broad daylight in Ballabgarh of Haryana resulted in a nationwide outrage. Many activists and bodies have condemned the attack.
Popular Yoga Guru Ramdev has reacted to the horrific incident and demanded the public hanging of assailants who killed the woman. He even termed the murder as love jihad.
Talking further Ramdev said the love jihad killings in several parts are shameful and they are bringing a bad name to India, media reports claimed.
The Yoga Guru who addressed the press reports after a religious function said that reiteration of such crimes can be prevented by hanging the accused publicly.
Recalling the sad incident, on the 26th of October, the main accused Tauseef and his accomplice Rehan had forced the victim Nikita Tomat to get into their vehicle. After she refused to get into the car the accused shot her. The accused left the victim in a pool of blood. She succumbed to the injuries.
A Special Investigation Team(SIT) has been formed to probe into the murder case. The accused and his accomplice have been arrested and sent to police custody.
