AP CM Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday offered a representation to the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Gopal Krishna Dwivedi complaining about the bias of Election Commission. Thereafter, He staged a protest before the AP CEO Office in protest against the transfer of Officials and Income Tax Raids.
TDP Supremo accused Election Commission of acting as per the directions of PM Narendra Modi to favour the YSR Congress Party. He alleged Modi, Jagan and KCR has conspired to defeat Telugu Desam in AP. 'After destroying RBI and other Institutions, Modi is now ruining the reputation of the Election Commission by not allowing it to function in an impartial manner. This situation is a threat to the democracy. Transfer of SPs and Chief Secretary without an inquiry raised doubts on the credibility of the Poll Panel,' he complained.
Naidu alleged evidence at the crime scene was erased by those involved in the murder of YS Vivekananda Reddy and they sought the transfer of Kadapa SP to save themselves. He questioned, 'Why Election Commission didn't disclose the IP Addresses of those who submitted Applications seeking removal of 7 lakh votes? Election Commission has been misusing its power. Why I-T Raids were happening only on TDP Leaders? Aren't there any corrupt leaders in YCP?'.
