Black Box Components Recovered From Crashed AIE Flight

The tragic incident happened at Kozhikode airport on Friday evening have taken lives of at least 18 people, including the two pilots of the plane.
In order to figure out the exact cause of the Air India Express plane crash, Civil Aviation Ministry's investigation agency, Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) has reached the spot and recovered digital flight data recorder and cockpit voice recorder from the debris of the aircraft. As per reports, the collected equipment will be brought to Delhi for further investigation.
Due to heavy rains in Kerala, the plane was overshot on the runway during landing and fell into a slippery valley. Fortunately, the plane engine was turned off ensuring that it didn't catch fire upon crash landing, and, it saved more than a hundred lives.
