Ex-CM Kidnapped MLAs? Police Complaint Lodged!
X
A Police Complaint was filed against Karnataka BJP Chief & former CM BS Yeddyurappa, BJP MLA Ashwath Narayana and few others for allegedly kidnapping Congress MLAs. An Advocate sent the complaint to a Bengaluru Police Station through email.

As per the complaint, Congress MLAs were kidnapped from their legislature home in Bengaluru and confined in a secret location. BS Yeddyurappa and his partymen were depriving the right of Congress MLAs to participate in the Assembly Session by doing so.

Speaking to media, Advocate RLN Murthy told: 'The complaint was lodged in the interest of Karnataka People. MLAs weren't allowed to take part in the budget session'.

Along with CM HD Kumaraswamy, Congress and JD (S) Leaders accused BJP of poaching MLAs by offering Rs 25 to 50 crore and Cabinet Berths.

After the release of audio tape (conversation between him and JD (S) MLA Nagana Gouda over defection to BJP), BS Yeddyurappa offered to resign as MLA and quit politics if the charges against him are proven. He claimed to have gone to Devadurga only to visit temple not for meeting MLA's Son. 'A story has been concocted to hide the failures of JD (S)-Congress Government. Being a film producer, Kumaraswamy is an expert in voice recording. It's a fake audio tape,' he alleged.
