Keeping the population rate which is increasing at a quick rate, the concept of condoms was introduced, which forayed into all the countries. The youngsters use condoms to have safe sex. The condom sales went up massively during the lockdown in many countries with people confined to their houses.
But the condom prices in a country increased massively and have not come down. The law in the country also played a big role in taking the condom prices up. The prices are so high that with the same price we can buy a costly and big size TV in India.
As per the media reports, condoms are being sold at a high price in Venezuela. As illegal abortion will make the culprits face a jail term, people there opt for condoms. Looking at the demand the companies are reportedly selling a pack of condoms for a whopping cost of Rs 60,000.
Buying condoms is not seen as a big thing in Venezuela so they will be available at supermarkets besides medical halls. Irrespective of the place, the condom prices are high. The shocking fact here is that, despite the high price, people are not shying away from buying condoms.
