While Joaquin Phoenix has won the best actor at the Oscars 2020 ceremony for his phenomenal performance as Joker the Congress party has dedicated some awards to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah.

The Congress party has dedicated the best actor in an Action role to PM Narendra Modi, the party has written "It takes "56 inches" of "sweat and tears" to win this award. To this award, Pragya Thakur and Yogi Adityanath were also nominated.

While Amit Shah, Yogi Adityanath and Anurag Thakur were nominated for the best actor in a Negative role, Amit Shah emerged victoriously.

"Gabbar Singh & Mogambo are menaces of the past, "New India" brings a new set of villains. Here are the nominees & winner for best actor in a Negative role," Congress party's Tweet read.

Interestingly the party has nominated Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and Railways Minister Piyush Goyal and Manoj Tiwari for the Best Actor in Comedian role and dedicated the award to Manoj Tiwari.

Congress party has dedicated the award for best actor in a Dramatic role to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal who made it to election win three times consecutively.

"Monologues, photoshoots, sweat & tears, what's politics without a little drama. Here are the nominees for best actor in a Dramatic role," the Tweet read.
