Insulted PV, Respected RK - That's Cong Nature!

PV Narasimha Rao was the Prime Minister who contributed a lot to the nation's growth with economic reforms in the 90s. Such a tall leader was insulted so badly by the Congress Leadership. The mortal remains of PV wasn't even allowed into AICC Office and even land hasn't been allotted for laying him to rest in New Delhi.
Congress Party which insulted PV so badly has offered a respectful sendoff to another Leader who breathed his last recently. This comparison became a hot topic on the social media.
Senior Congress Leader RK Dhawan passed away on Tuesday. His Mortal Remains were placed at the AICC Office and this move triggered a debate. Sonia Gandhi & other Topbrass Congress Leaders paid last respects to the deceased leader. Congress Party which respected Mr.Dhawan didn't bother to care about former PM PV Narasimha Rao who has done so much for the nation.
Nobody should find any fault with the due respect given to RK Dhawan. But, The point is why didn't Congress Leadership treat PV in the same manner.
