YS Viveka Case: Court Says No Need For Videography!

It is known that the central agency Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) is probing the matter of YS Vivekananda Reddy's death case. At regular intervals, we are seeing big developments like Avinash seeking directives to stop his possible arrest by the investigating agency. To his affidavit, YS Sunitha filed a counter affidavit.
The case saw another big development with the High Court saying that there is no need for videography in the case. It has to be mentioned here that earlier, Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy requested Court for audiography and videography during his questioning.
But now, the High Court said that there is no need for videography in the case. The Telangana High Court examined a few pieces of evidence and said this. The verdict can be seen as a big blow for the ruling party MP YS Avinash Reddy.
However, the case verdict is a loss and gain for YS Avinash Reddy as the High Court of Telangana issued directives to the CBI to not take any action against the MP until further notice. Earlier the Court gave protection to the MP from a possible arrest by CBI officials.
The Court reserved its verdict on the case. On the other hand, the High Court said that if the MP wants relief from the questioning in the wake of Parliament sessions, he should move the Central agency.
YS Avinash Reddy's lawyers told the High Court that there is CBI's hand behind Sunitha's petition and there is political pressure. The lawyers asked why Suniths is making allegations all of a sudden and why the CBI is not probing Viveka's son-in-law Rajasekhar Reddy and Viveka's second wife Shameem's role.
