Court Directs Accused To Get Rakhi Tied By The Victim He Harassed

Marking the traditional Hindu rite Raksha Bandhan, the Madhya Pradesh High Court gave a sensational verdict and directed an accused in sexual harassment to tie a rakhi to the victim.
Justice Rohit Arya while granting the bail to the accused said, he should tie rakhi to the victim and promise her that he will protect her. In addition to that, the accused should gift her a sweet box and give her Rs 11,000 as a gift her Raksha Bandhan.
The Court also maintained that the accused should submit the pictures of him tying rakhi to the woman the receipts of the payments he paid to the lady and her son
Looking into the case, a lady who stays in Ujjain district filed a complaint with the police stating that her neighbor bulldozed into her residence and harassed her sexually.
It has been reported that the accused was granted bail keeping in mind that he is the only source of bread for the family. The accused was also asked to gift Rs 5,000 for the victim's son to by clothes and sweets for the occasion.
