Dalai Lama's Tara Mantra - Solution For Corona Virus?

Corona Virus resulted in the deaths of 130 people in China. More than 3,500 people were infected by the life-threatening virus. In the past 24 hours, Over 1,000 new cases were reported in the most populated nation.

Chinese Devotees requested Dalai Lama on Facebook if he could do anything to address the widespread health scare. In reply, The Tibetan Spiritual Leader advised his Followers across China to chant 'Tara Mantra' which would contain the spread of the Corona Virus. He asked those diagnosed with the virus to chant 'Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha' to have peace of mind and remain free from worries.

Corona Virus was first discovered in the Wuhan City. The Chinese Government has blocked transportation facilities to this city to contain the spread of virus. Several Indian Students studying in the Wuhan City were unable to move to other parts of the country or return to India due to the restrictions. People infected with Corona Virus suffers from cold and acute respiratory syndromes.

Does the Tara Mantra suggested by Dalai Lama acts as a solution for the deadly virus? At least, It might guarantee peace of mind to some extent.
