Demand To Make Jr NTR 'Telangana TDP Chief'!

Telugu Desam Party has been struggling to prove its existence in the recent years. It managed to win only Two MLA Seats out of 119 in the 2018 Assembly Polls. One of them (Sandra Venkata Veeraiah - Sathupalli) has already shifted loyalties to the Ruling TRS. For now, Only Mecha Nageswara Rao (Aswaraopeta MLA) remained in the Telugu Desam Party. He condemned the reports of defection to TRS and pledged to remain in the TDP.
Mecha Nageswara Rao stunned the TDP Leadership by declaring only Jr NTR can help the party regain its lost glory by taking over the reins of the Telangana unit.
NTR campaigned for TDP in 2009 Elections. He, however, stay away from poll campaigning during 2014 Elections and 2018 Assembly Polls even though his Sister was fielded in Kukatpally. Tarak offered enough indications that he won't be campaigning during the 2019 Elections as well.
Fans of Jr NTR aren't happy with the proposal of Mecha Nageswara Rao. They say, TDP Leadership should think about offering the reins of AP TDP to Tarak and Telangana TDP to Lokesh, not the other way around.
