BJP Leader, Former Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis Tests Covid-19 Positive

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and former Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnvis has tested positive for the novel Coronavirus. Based on doctors' advice he is under medication.
The leader took to the Microblogging site Twitter to announce the news of catching the respiratory disease. He urged people who might have come in contact with him to undergo tests.
"I have been working every single day since the lockdown but now it seems that God wants me to stop for a while and take a break ! I have tested #COVID19 positive and in isolation. Taking all medication & treatment as per the advice of the doctors," his Tweet read.
The BJP leader was posted as the in charge of the political campaign of BJP for the upcoming Bihar Assembly polls. He played a crucial role in the poll campaign in the state.
A few days back, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar was infected with the contagious disease. He was shifted to Patna AIIMS for further treatment.
