Did Talasani Disobeyed KTR's Order?

KT Rama Rao has never encouraged his partymen to do any hungama on his birthdays. In the past, He appealed Party Leaders and Activists not to waste money on bouquets, banners and ads for greeting him. This time, The Dynamic Leader decided not to permit his partymen to plan such things even if its for his Father.
Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao will be celebrating his birthday in February 17th. Few days in advance, KTR appealed TRS Leaders and Party Workers not to splurge money in Banners and Advertisements. He suggested all the partymen to plant a sapling to express affection for their leader.
Unfortunately, TRS Leaders seems to be least bothered about the appeal made by their Party's Working President. Sanathnagar MLA Talasani Srinivas Yadav planned a programme at Jalavihar on the eve of KCR's birthday. Several Banners and Flexis were setup by him to make people aware of it.
Talasari seems to have defended himself saying he isn't making any hungama but celebrating KCR's birthday like a festival. What will be the reaction of KTR? Will Talasani end up losing cabinet berth for disobeying the order of Working President? Wait & See!
