AP Education Act bill was tabled on Thursday, in the Andhra Pradesh special assembly. The assembly was extended on to the fourth day to amend the bills.
Minister Kurasala Kannababu introduced the bill that was passed in the assembly, which spoke about making English education mandatory for classes 1-6 in government schools. The council amended some clauses and sent the bill to the assembly.
Speaking on this AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy made comments on TDP party. He said that TDP is trying to stop all the amendment bills. He also said that there is a need to introduce English medium in government schools, in every private school's teacher are taking classes in English, even they are teaching the computer courses in English. Now it is time to introduce the English medium in government schools. So that our children can get jobs and they can compete with the other students.
