Don't restrict 'NTR' for a region or Caste!

The new districts episode in Andhra Pradesh became a topic of political controversy. Prominent leaders in the state are not happy with the names given by the government and they want the names suggested by them to be named after the recently announced districts.
Opposition leader Nara Chandrababu Naidu had opposed the development saying that the Union government had already said that the new districts should not be made unless the census work is completed. He reportedly opposed the move to name Vijayawada district after NTR.
His statements received a sharp response from Andhra Pradesh Cinematography Minister Perni Nani. Talking high about Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, Perni Nani launched an attack against Chandrababu Naidu accusing him of seeing the issue from a political lens.
Lashing out at Chandrababu Naidu, Perni Nani asked why he could not make efforts in granting Bharat Ratna for NTR as he projects himself as a kingmaker in deciding who gets to decide the Prime Minister. Why didn't Chandrababu Naidu name a district after NTR during his regime? Perni Nani asked.
Perni Nani also appealed to Chandrababu Naidu to not restrict NTR to a region or caste. NTR is a great personality who can create an impact in the Telugu States. I ask Chandrababu Naidu to not politicise the issue, said Perni Nani.
