End of Secretariat Employees wait for Probation in AP?

Putting an end to the suspense over the probation of employees working in the village and ward secretariats in Andhra Pradesh, the government reportedly gave its green signal for the same. Along with this, the employees will get salaries as per the new PRC and their pay scale will be increased.
It has to be mentioned here that the employees have been fighting for the probation so that their salaries will be increased. Earlier it was said that the government will clear the probation in June. The employees even met the Ministers to make them understand their issues. Now they will get a big relief reportedly.
As a piece of good news to the employees, the Andhra Pradesh government reportedly handed over the responsibility of taking a call on the probation of the employees in their respective districts. Once they form a list the same will be sent to the government and the probation gets declared.
On top of this, the government also decided to give salaries to the eligible employees as per the new PRC and the changed salaries will come into effect from July. The concerned authorities are believed to have kept themselves busy in making the required exercises for the same.
However, there are a few parameters that have to be followed to get the probation. The employees working in the village and ward secretariat should have completed at least two years of service and they should clear the departmental exams.
